Keith Crook is the Director of the Healthcare Professional Institute (HCPI) and a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with over 10 years of hands-on experience. Not only is he passionate about helping people with hearing loss, but also about teaching others how to excel in ear health and wax removal. His approachable style and expertise have made him a trusted trainer for healthcare professionals looking to build their confidence and skillset.
