I spent 3 days training in Otoscopy and ear wax removal with Harriet at HCPI.  She was very knowledgeable but also friendly and patient.  The theory was made interesting and always relevant to clinical practice.  What sets this course aside if the full day in clinic performing supervised ear wax removal on real patients using all 3 methods of wax removal. After deliberating for so long, I am glad that I chose HCPI as I feel that I have had thorough training, hands on experience and detailed feedback on my performance.  There is a good support network after the course  whilst you are easing into your new skillset. HCPI have been really  responsive to all emails and communications pre and post the course.
