Is on-site parking available?

Unfortunately, on-site parking is not available at this time. However, there are plenty of parking options near both locations to choose from.

When will I receive my certification?

Once you have demonstrated the required level of competency, you will receive an official Healthcare Professional Institute – HCPI certificate confirming your newly acquired knowledge and skills within one week of course completion.

How do I book my place on one of the courses?

You can easily book your place by clicking your preferred course from the website’s main menu and selecting the date that is most suitable for you.

What is the student-to-trainer ratio for the courses?

We believe that quality education requires personal attention and hands-on training. That’s why we keep our student-to-trainer ratio low, with a maximum of five delegates per course. This ensures that each student gets the individual support they need to succeed.
